40cakes shop is dedicated to creating delicious, handmade cakes and pastries with organic ingredients. We strive to offer the best selection of cakes and pastries, made with the freshest, locally–sourced ingredients.

Our shop also offers a variety of flavourful fillings for our cakes, such as raspberry jam, lemon curd, and chocolate ganache, as well as an array of delicious glazes and toppings.

Consequential Costs

40cakes will make every effort to create the cake you want and deliver it in perfect condition.

In the unlikely event that this does not occur, 40cakes will take reasonable steps to rectify the situation and ensure you have a cake you are happy with.

However, 40cakes does not accept any responsibility for consequential costs or emotional distress due to errors with products or delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellations

This cancellation policy applies to all cake orders placed at the “40cakes” shop. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up or delivery date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded.

Refunds

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up or delivery date. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible to minimize any inconvenience to our staff.
